License texts and replacement
The complete LGPLv3
and GPLv3 texts are
distributed with the decoder. The decoder remains a separate file and
uses its public HeicTo interface. A recipient may replace
it with an interface-compatible modified build; Akmahe does not apply
an integrity lock or prevent reverse engineering for debugging those
modifications.
